Let me ask you this, do you stop brushing your teeth without the presence of pain?

I am going to guess that you probably don't! It's not a good idea for our overall hygiene, right?

I would like us to apply this same thinking for our spines and overall nervous system. Did you know that the spine is the largest organ in your body?

There are key indicators when your spine needs some love, please check out the short video below. Here is just a small sampling of the benefits of taking care of that spine:

  1. Reduce overall bodily pain and discomfort
  2. Improve mobility and flexibility
  3. Enhance posture and alignment (which affects EVERYTHING)
  4. Boost immune system function
  5. Increase energy levels and vitality (we don't have "to age in pain" if we do the right things!)

It's imperative to get your spine checked even though you don't have pain and make sure the largest organ in your body is functioning properly.
